Customer Care Consultant
- Call center environment with duties answering customer, consumer, & sales professional inquires.
- Serve as an expert on the organizations products, services, & policies.
- Entering data into client base software.
- Multi-tasking environment including outbound calls to existing customers/dealers.
- Compose & respond to support e-mails in a timely manner demonstrating proper use of grammar & syntax.
- Work with sales professionals by assisting in managing the territory. Includes weekly contact with assigned sales professional.
- Requirements:
- 1-2+ years in a sales/client services environment (previous experience in up selling to customers a plus)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with co-workers, customer & sales professionals.
- Ability to maintain a high energy & enthusiasm while working well in a team atmosphere. Innovative, strategic problem solver and results focuses.
- Candidates must be PC savvy with experience using the Internet.
- Highly committed to helping people and to customer satisfaction.
