  • Duration & Winner

    Contest Period. Hurry, time is ticking! The contest runs until October 16, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET.

    Winner Selection. The lucky winner will be chosen at random and contacted via email on October 18, 2024.

    Prize. The winner will receive their choice of flagpole kit and flag!

1. Eligibility:
  • This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States.
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    Employees and immediate family members of Flagpole To-Go, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. 

2. Agreement to Rules: 

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. 

3. Entry Period:

The giveaway begins on October 2nd, 2024 and ends on October 16, 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET).

4. How to Enter:
  • Fill out the form and provide your contact information.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via email on [date].
  • The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond in the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.  

6. Prizes:
  • The winner will receive their choice of the  20' Ultimate Tailgate Kit or The Beach & Backyard Flagpole Kit
  • The winner will also get to pick their choice of 3'x5' flag
  • Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability: 

Flagpole To-Go is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway. 

9. Right to Cancel or Suspend Contest: 

If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, Flagpole To-Go reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest.
