  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    Employees and immediate family members of Flagpole-To-Go and Beach Putt, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. 

2. Agreement to Rules: 

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. 

3. Entry Period:

The giveaway begins on June 3, 2024 and ends on June 9, 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET).

4. How to Enter:

  • Each additional tagged friend counts as an additional entry! 

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via Instagram DMs on June 10, 2024.
  • The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond in the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.  

6. Prizes:
  • The winner will receive the 20' Ultimate Backyard and Beach Flag Pole Kit (a $99.95 value) and the Original Beach Putt Beach Golf Set (a $159.99 value)
  • Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.
